prior to taking it apart for the race build-up. So I only tuned the S-AFC at the track by hand. I discovered that if I added more more fuel at the higer rpms I got a 1/10th or 2 better in the 1/4 mile. Again, there's no hard proof on this. And even so, it's not alot of gain. I got the most gain from the billet torque converter. It easily gave me at least a half second better on the 1/4. And that 14.26 was on a very cold day where I got a decent 60' time due to higher stall on the torque converter. Plus my motor was already weak at that time. If I had a good running strong motor, hitting high 13's would have been a posibility. The 14.25 is the fastest I know of by any NA. And, I don't think I'm going to continue the NA race build-up. It's going to take *SO* much more work and $$$ to keep up with the All-Motor PROs running 10's. YES, 10's! Plus NHRA will no longer allow 6 cylinders in the All-Motor PRO class for 2003. BITES!!!
